Carleton Dining Services would love to have you on our team We are hiring full-time Food Service Workers to join our team at Riverbank Social on Carleton University campus. Reporting to the Manager, Food Service Workers assist with food preparation, portioning of food and serving customers.What We OfferHealth benefits (full-time employees)Group RRSP for qualifying individualsTraining and development opportunitiesEmployee recognition programs including service awardsMeal programStrong focus on a safe and healthy work environmentDiverse and inclusive workforceAbout the JobProvide excellent customer service while preparing food and fulfilling ordersCompile orders accurately and in a timely fashionReceive payment by cash, debit/credit card and campus cardStock shelves, refrigerators and/or salad barsAssist with opening/closing of the locationKeep stations clean and replenished at all timesClean counters and tablesEmpty garbageEnsure adherence to all of Aramark Policies and ProcedureMay preform other job duties as requiredAbout YouExperience in the restaurant/food service industry an assetStrong customer service skillsEnjoy working with others in a team settingAbility to follow direction and work with minimal supervisionCash handling experience an asset The selected candidate for this position will need to complete and successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.
