This seasonal role has an anticipated duration of February 2026 to August 2026. What You'll Do: Data entry for shipping/receiving activities from our Regina facility to various points in Western Canada. Process orders through SAP (Extended Warehouse Management) system. Assist with various inventory management tasks as assigned. Reconcile and compile inventory reports. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Prepare and distribute customer invoices with accuracy and efficiency. Provide support to warehouse staff for shipping/receiving tasks. File, process mail, and complete other administrative assignments as directed. Complete other tasks as assigned to meet business needs and objectives. What You'll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent designation. Proficiency in time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving. Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and adjust importance as needed. Professional and helpful approach when communicating in both written and verbal formats. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A safety-first mindset. Familiarity with agriculture products is helpful. SAP experience preferred. Ready to make an impact with us?
