Your work will include: Lead a team: Oversee a team of staff members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service. Manage operations: Plan, organize, and evaluate restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and labor management. Customer service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, fostering positive relationships with guests. Training and development: Train and develop staff to maintain high service standards and quality. Performance management: Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to improve service and operational efficiency.
