L'équipe de Contenu UX de GoTo recherche un stagiaire en conception de contenu UX prêt à apprendre à faire partie d'une équipe de conception UX, à travailler avec des partenaires en design, en produit et en ingénierie, et à contribuer à la réalisation de certains produits passionnants.En tant que stagiaire en conception de contenu UX, vous serez responsable d'assister les concepteurs de contenu dans la création de copies d'interface utilisateur claires et concises pour nos solutions logicielles mobiles et de bureau. Soutien des produits au sein du portefeuille de GoToSoutien et participation à un ou plusieurs des produits suivantsGrasshopperGoTo ConnectGoTo AdminGoTo Customer EngagementGoTo Contact Center Votre quotidien En tant qu'un stagiaire, vous travailleriez sur Auditer et documenter les copies intégrées au produit, y compris les boutons, les infobulles, les paramètres, la navigation, les messages, les notifications, les flux de démarrage, ainsi que d'autres éléments de l'interface utilisateur Vérifier la cohérence de la voix, du ton, de la formulation, du vocabulaire et du style d'écriture général dans l'expérience de contenu Collaborer régulièrement avec une équipe produit interfonctionnelle sur les conceptions, les améliorations produit, les corrections de bogues et les nouvelles fonctionnalités Contribuer aux directives d'écriture de l'interface utilisateur et à un système de conception Observer les activités de recherche sur l'utilisabilité, en personne et à distance. Travailler avec les chercheurs en expérience utilisateur pour traduire les conclusions de la recherche utilisateur et des études d'utilisabilité en améliorations de la conception de contenu. Ce que nous recherchons En tant qu'un stagiaire, votre parcours ressemblera à : Bonne communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français Expérience en écriture pour des produits et services numériques Connaissance de la conception de contenu, de l'écriture UX ou des processus de conception UX Capacité à rédiger et à éditer du contenu à l'aide de divers services et/ou plateformes basés sur le cloud, y compris Office 365, Figma, Jira et Confluence Bonnes compétences en collaboration et capacité à suivre des instructions Joueur d'équipe motivé Intérêt pour la conception de contenu UX À propos de GoTo Goto est un fournisseur reconnu à l'échelle nationale de produits de communications unifiées de qualité professionnelle destinés aux clients du secteur public et des entreprises du monde entier.
