We are seeking a focused and highly detailed Operations Officer II to join the CPB Operations and Delivery team. This is a critical 6-month contract role responsible for high-volume data entry and processing activities, specifically managing requests for information from government agencies and internal partners. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, goal-oriented, and excels at repetitive, accurate data work while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Work Location: Currently Remote. Starting January 2026, this position will transition to Hybrid (4 days per week in office) at Mississauga, ON.Schedule: Fixed Mon-Fri schedule, generally 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (subject to change within 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM range).This is a 100% back-office operations role focused on data governance and transaction processing. The core daily responsibility is receiving, reading, and extracting information from documents (often related to government/provincial agencies), performing data entry into internal databases, and sending the fetched information back to partners in a timely manner.
