Sharp Trucking Services is looking for experienced Class 1 Drivers with Tank experience to haul across Alberta and BC. We have year round work, which means there is no slow months and no spring break up that you have to financially plan for. What is in it for you? We believe that all driver’s should be compensated for all hours worked. Whether that is driving, loading, unloading, resetting on the road, or washing your truck. Additionally, being paid by the hour, means you receive overtime after 10 hours per day. No more lane pay, no more free time waiting for a mobile mechanic to fix your tire We are looking to add to our team of others who believe in a safe, productive work culture, and we cant wait to hear from you if this aligns with what your looking for. What else is in it for you?? Industry leading compensation – $37.50 per hour, with annual reviews and increases. Paid orientation and training of $1,000.00 Health and dental benefits for you and your family Top tier equipment serviced in-house with Sharp’s maintenance shop 4on-4off schedule 8-hour guarantee on scheduled work days for local work Stable, year-round full-time employment across multiple industries and commercial sectors What you’ll need to join us: At least three years of mountain and off-road driving experience Liquid Tandem and Super B experience Competent with installing tire chain Able to drive a Manual transmission Ability to access or familiar with EVR (Teck) Mines is considered an asset.  You must apply with a 5-year drivers' abstract and be willing to complete of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol test and a fit test.
