Are you a Scrum Master passionate about innovation and Artificial Intelligence? We are seeking a Scrum Master to join the Artificial Intelligence Engineering team of a leading Canadian organization. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating, shaping, and reshaping the Agile approach within multiple small cross-functional teams dedicated to AI. Your mission will be to keep teams engaged and high-performing while ensuring smooth project delivery.This is a 12-month contract (January 2026 to December 2026) with a strong possibility of renewal and conversion to permanent after one year. The role is hybrid, requiring an in-office presence in downtown Montreal a minimum of two days per week.AdvantagesEvolve within a cutting-edge AI Engineering department.Enjoy contract stability (1 year) with a clear path to permanency.Benefit from a dynamic hybrid work environment in Montreal.Competitive compensation based on experience.Play a key role in adopting Agile and DevOps best practices.ResponsibilitiesAct as Scrum Master for multiple squads, leading the delivery and execution of plans.Facilitate and support Scrum events (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and refinement sessions.Actively remove obstacles and blockers, collaborating with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders.Coach teams and the organization on Agile methodologies to increase autonomy, productivity, and continuous improvement.Support the Product Owner (PO) in product backlog management and vision delivery.Track and communicate performance metrics (velocity, progress).Manage conflict and facilitate decision-making within the teams.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master (and 8 years in Agile product development).Recognized Agile Certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) or Project Management (PMP) is mandatory.Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).Excellent facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) and DevOps concepts.Bilingualism (French and English) is essential to interact with colleagues across the country.**Notre client exerce ses activités au Canada.
