Interior Health is hiring Community Integration Care Coordinator (CICC) RN at the 100 Mile House Hospital located in 100 Mile House, BC. This position is a combination being the team lead for the Mental Health and Substance Use team (MHSU) and providing Seniors Mental Health services. .This is a Permanent Full-Time position. We are an organization where you have room to grow in a place where life outside of work is just as important to us as it is to you.About the role:The Community Integration Care Coordinator (CICC) practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as well as within a client and family centered care model.The CICC is responsible for the coordination of day-to-day operations and quality client care within designated clinical areas and supports the seamless movement of clients through the healthcare system and in accessing appropriate resources. The CICC supervises as well as serves as a role model and a resource to staff for clinical decision-making, the clinical assessments of clients and in the counselling and education of families. Reviews, analyses, and makes recommendations on the development of administrative systems such as policies, procedures and standards of client care, adequate staffing levels, and a continuous quality improvement environment.
