This role is designed to provide support across investment operations, client portfolio management, and compliance execution. Your Job   Support the advisor in the preparation of personalized proposals and recommendations for clients and prospects Prepare for client meetings by assembling agendas, portfolio reports, and notes Review client portfolios for rebalancing, excess cash, GIC maturities, and switch candidates Maintain KYP documentation and compliance records within Salesforce Analyze and track individual stocks, ETFs, investment funds, and model portfolios Suggest consolidation opportunities to simplify client holdings Draft investment commentary and assist with quarterly client updates Coordinate new client onboarding activities and ensure CRM accuracy Follow up on client communications, tax checklists, and KYC updates Contribute to research summaries from earnings calls, analyst reports, and macroeconomic updates Stay up to date on the latest economic and market trends Other duties as assigned Your team You’ll join an established, high-performing advisory team that emphasizes building strong client relationships, with a disciplined investment philosophy and a focus on delivering high-quality service and support.
