Primary Job Functions

Welcome and assist customers, addressing their service needs.Communicate repair recommendations clearly, including costs and timelines.Schedule appointments efficiently and prioritize service orders.Coordinate with the service team for timely repairs.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair orders.Prepare invoices, process payments. Collaborate with service technicians and parts staff for smooth operations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers clearly. Previous experience as a service advisor within the automotive or heavy-duty truck industry is preferred.Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck mechanics, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems highly desirable. Proficiency in computer systems and software used for scheduling appointments, generating invoices, and maintaining records.Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service experiences.Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with service technicians, parts department staff, and other dealership personnel.Minimum of a High School Diploma.
