Ensure that customizations align with the organization’s specific needs. Document program settings and create guidelines for other consultants who may work on the software in the future. Train company employees on how to use SAP software effectively, providing guidelines for efficient utilization. Test system performance and efficiency, managing support tickets related to SAP software issues. Provide day to day configuration related support, maintenance, research, and development of the SAP System.
