If so, Tim Hortons Distribution may just be the place for you As a certified Top Fleet Employer, we can confidently say you’ll be joining a team of dedicated, professional Drivers who have a passion for our iconic brand. At Tim Hortons Distribution, we understand the importance of work/life balance, which is why as a Driver, you will typically work 4 days a week and know your schedule well in advance.The schedule is primarily a nightshift linehaul position, however, drivers may be required to provide coverage for other runs, including deliveries, and therefore the schedule may be adjusted as required.This job entails a mix of city & highway driving between London and Guelph and within Southwestern Ontario.This position is based out of our London yard located at 1525 Wilton Grove Road, London.What we do:Our drivers safely deliver dry and temperature-controlled products to Tim Hortons restaurants in London and surrounding area. We operate 7 days per week nearly 24 hours per day using a variety of trailer sizes to meet delivery demands and constraints.Roles and Responsibilities:Completing Tim Hortons restaurant deliveries while operating Company equipment in a safe and professional manner at all timesProviding outstanding customer service and support to restaurant employeesPerforming Pre/Post- trip inspections to ensure TDL fleet standards are metCompleting all appropriate regulatory and Company documentationSafely operating on-board truck computersOffloading products using a powered tailgate and powered driver walkieVerifying order accuracy and assisting store employees with bringing the products into the restaurantHandling inquiries and or concerns from owners/customers professionallyEnsuring food safety and food defense standards are followedResponsible for general cleaning and yard duties as requiredRequired Skills:Valid AZ driver's license with at least 1 year of experience operating AZ vehiclesClean Driver’s Abstract and CVORExperience with operating lift truck / powered walkie, powered tailgate and B-Train, is preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (Both verbal and written)Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)Ability to work in all types of weather and road conditionsBenefits:Starting from your first day you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:MedicalExtended Health Care BenefitsOut of Country MedicalPrescription MedicationDentalLife Insurance for Employee, Spouse, and ChildrenAD&D Insurance for Employee, Spouse, and ChildrenShort-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance for the EmployeePension and RRSP plansPaid personal daysEmployee Share Purchase ProgramFitness Subsidy BenefitUniform and boot allowanceEngagement-oriented culture Compensation:  Starting hourly rate of [Starting Hourly Rate] with progressive increases over 3 years to current top rate of [Top Hourly Rate] (not including applicable premium(s).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policy / program / plan, based on individual and company performance metrics.  RBI and its subsidiaries use automated tools, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance candidate experience, help review applications and support the hiring process.
