What will you do in this job? The Jasper Skytram is a 7 day a week operation, days off may vary. As well as the shifts will consist of both morningand evening shiftsContribute to the ongoing maintenance of the Jasper Skytram, while maintaining the highest standardof qualityPerforming daily Lift & Building Maintenance checks as assignedMaintain the upkeep of all buildings, grounds and lift terminals including snow shoveling and operationof snow clearing equipmentComplete general repairs and assist Supervisors and Managers with major repairsEncourage and participate in safe work practicesAssist on the lift as requiredFrequent interaction with coworkers, management and guestsProviding visitors a high-quality experience and ensuring a high level of customer service is given to eachguestReport to the Mountain Manager and complete all projects and tasks as assigned#LI-EB1 What skills and experience do you need for this job? Prior maintenance experience an assetPrevious trade experience an asset (Basic Carpentry, plumbing or Mechanical)Current Alberta Driver's LicenseSelf-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable working at heights Comfortable working in all weather conditionsAble to speak, read, write and understand EnglishProven ability to work within strict policy/procedures and guidelinesLift operations experience an assetLeadership qualitiesAbility to take direction under stressful conditionsFirst Aid Training an assetAble to lift up to 20lbs (frequently) up to 100lbs (occasionally)To honour our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check What will your work environment be like?
