Description Reporting to the Senior Manager, FCRM Exam Management, the Analyst FCRM Exam Management supports in the management of the exam management function for the Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) Department. The team is responsible for overseeing the exam management function for FCRM including intake and effective closure of FCRM-owned Internal Audit and FCRM Program Regulatory findings. The Analyst supports the exam management processes and procedures, manages relationships amongst key stakeholders and works with them and the FCRM Issues Management team and supports the Senior Manager, FCRM Exam Management to ensure all exam findings are actioned and sustained in accordance with standards. ResponsibilitiesCoordinates response to Requests For Information (RFIs) to support audit and Exam engagements, including packaging and preparing information for review and submission. Supports the team in scoping, planning meetings and facilitation of on-site meetings to ensure audit and Exam engagements are managed effectively and efficiently. Supports preparation of status reports on findings, regulatory exams and internal audits to various stakeholders including Senior Manager, FCRM Exam Management. Maintains internal reporting tracker including planning for upcoming audit and Exam engagements Actively manages and maintains relationships within FCRM and across various business lines, corporate and/or control functions. Proactively identifies and surfaces material risks and issues in a timely manner to the Senior Manager, FCRM Exam Management for appropriate resolution. Identify and propose improvements to the process, opportunities to automate and streamline, and participate in improvements implementation.Contribute to team development of skills and capabilities through collaboration, by sharing knowledge and experiences and leveraging best practices.Engages in projects and other initiatives, as assigned. Qualifications/SkillsUndergrad degree and/or 3+ years relevant experience in AML/ATF function or Internal Audit Relevant professional certifications (CAMS preferred, CIA, CPA an asset)Prior experience in AML/ATF function or Internal Audit an assetAbility to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisionsSkills in creating appropriate analysis and reporting, with attention to detailSkill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment and prioritize competing prioritiesKnowledge of project/program support, planning and implementationWho We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
