Job Summary • Recent experience with musculoskeletal inpatient care, and acute care preferred• Proficient in patient assessment, analysis, and problem solving in a diverse outpatient orthopedic setting• Demonstrates excellence in communication, both written and verbal• Proficient in patient assessment, analysis and problem solving• Innovative and willing to contribute as a part of an interdisciplinary team• Commitment to customer service and inter-professional teamwork• Demonstrates individual leadership skills• Flexibility to work various shifts as assigned, including weekends• Commitment to providing an exceptional experience for patients and families as well as other members of the healthcare team within a challenging and exciting health care environment• Demonstrated commitment to, and understanding of the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion• Models behaviour that is aligned with the values of Southlake Regional Health Centre• Always with compassion• Power of many• Serve with purpose• Every voice matters Qualifications • Masters of Physical Therapy or equivalent from a recognized university• Registration with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists• Registration with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association or eligibility Regular and reliable attendance is an expected requirement of this position.
