With a customer-first mindset and a talent for negotiation, you’ll help find fair, effective solutions that benefit both our clients and our business. Your expertise in collections and problem-solving will directly impact our success and strengthen our client relationships throughout the lifecycle of their agreements. Your role:Coordinate the repossession and transportation of assets with a dedicated network of external agents, ensuring compliance with company policies and debt collection regulations.Provide agents with accurate, timely information to support successful asset recovery.Manage repossession files and make informed decisions on next steps, including repossession, write-offs, or legal action.Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and equipment returns, balancing risk and reward to achieve optimal outcomes.Your team: Join a high-performing, collaborative team that’s passionate about helping Canadian businesses thrive.
