This means that we support hospitals, laboratories, and public safety centers. Simply put — we cannot go dark. In this crucial role, you will complete repairs, corrective maintenance, and routine installations of Critical Facility infrastructure.Do you have a background in Electrical/Electrician, HVAC, and skilled Mechanical trades? Journeyman‑level experience or a 4th‑year apprenticeship is highly valued in this role. This could be your next career move.ResponsibilitiesPerform site inspections and supervise building and Data Center alarmsConduct preventative maintenance on-site infrastructure (e.g., primary infrastructure systems) or lead vendorsUndertake repairs and corrective maintenanceApply extensive knowledge of critical infrastructure such as UPS, generators, BMS, chillers, and life safety systemsComplete site logs and data gathering for basic permits, such as MOPs and scriptsRespond to all on-site incidents and act as neededComplete routine work requests and circuit installationsProvide assistance during critical maintenance activitiesCollaborate effectively within the department and provide recommendations to peers on general maintenance activitiesCarry out basic infrastructure projectsSupport a 24/7 operation — flexibility to work assigned shifts, off‑schedule hours, fill in for teammates, and respond to emergenciesQualificationsJourneyman‑level experience or 4th‑year apprentice in Electrical, HVAC, or Mechanical tradesA natural curiosity and strong troubleshooting skillsExperience working in a critical facility environmentStrong system‑level mechanical or electrical proficiencyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing, stooping, etc.) with or without accommodation3+ years of relevant experienceHigh School DiplomaThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:Canada - KA1 Kamloops : 58,000 - 86,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
