Role Summary: As a Paramedic, you will provide advanced pre-hospital care in field settings, managing both routine and critical emergencies. You will assess patient conditions, perform life-saving interventions, administer medications, and stabilize patients for transport when necessary. You will act as a clinical leader on-site, coordinating with EMRs, AMFRs, and other medical personnel to ensure seamless patient care. Accurate record-keeping, effective communication with hospitals and emergency services, and adherence to medical protocols are essential. This position is ideal for experienced paramedics seeking a dynamic role with opportunities for professional growth and field-based medical practice. Responsibilities: Respond to emergencies and provide advanced medical care. Assess, treat, and stabilize patients in the field. Coordinate patient transfer with local hospitals when needed. Maintain accurate patient care records. Support workplace health and safety initiatives and training. Qualifications: Valid Paramedic license in Ontario. Current CPR and First Aid certification.
