Job Title: Telecom - Network Manager Location: Toronto Duration: 6 Months Job Description: We are seeking a subject matter expert with extensive experience in wireless and packet core technology, specifically in 5G, LTE, and 3G. The role involves supporting the design, integration, and validation of network documentation and testing for wireless packet core platforms. Responsibilities include operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within packet core and data services, utilizing cloud and virtualization tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Networking or Technology 5+ years of experience in a Service Provider environment Experience with networking routers, switches, firewalls, and network protocols In-depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol and routing (e.g., OSPF, ISIS, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS) Preferred Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of data analytics and log parsing tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana) Nokia (ALU) Service Router platforms and services experience Lean-Six Sigma certification Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support design and implementation of automations across Network Operations Engage in fault analysis and resolution for IP Access network platforms Maintain network design and support documentation Communicate with engineering regarding network design and performance issues For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
