Your Opportunity Join our dynamic Fredericton Structural group as a full-time Structural Technologist. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our engineering and technical design teams, contributing to innovative projects that make a real impact. Your Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams to plan, design, and draft construction plans and 3D models for a variety of structural engineering projects. May perform field surveys for drawing development, site reviews, and as-built drawings. Communicate with other team members and become familiar with Stantec standards. May assist in field condition assessment assignments. Qualifications Your Capabilities and Credentials Self-motivated, team-oriented, efficient, and a good communicator. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Strong collaborative skills for working with single or multi-discipline teams. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to follow Stantec’s quality control guidelines. Understanding of the importance of complying with Stantec’s Employee Health and Safety (EH&S) program, with a focus on safety in the field. Desire to be mentored by senior staff and adapt to feedback as required for career growth and development. Valid driver’s license. Education and Experience A technical degree, diploma, or certificate from a two- or three-year accredited technologist program. Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
