CNC Programmer/Machinist

Location: Windsor, ON Wage: $28+/hr depending on experience Shift: Day Shift, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM About the Role Work alongside a talented, collaborative team of mechanical and electrical designers, project managers, machine builders, millwrights, and electricians. As we lead the way in technology development, prototyping, plastics joining, finishing, and assembly applications, we’re looking for driven, like-minded individuals ready for a challenge. Responsibilities Program and operate CNC machines safely and efficiently Review drawings, samples, or instructions to understand specifications Plan job sequences and select appropriate machines and materials Set batch sizes, machine speeds, and tooling for production Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs Maintain a safe and professional work environment at all times Qualifications 5 years of experience as a Powermill Programmer 3–5 years of experience with 5-axis machining Working knowledge of Heidenhain and Fanuc controls Familiar with feeds and speeds for steel, aluminum, and composite materials Experience with 2D and 3D work Ability to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on this rewarding role, please submit your application online or email your resume to HR TEAM
