What You’ll Do: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs. Market and provide appropriate insurance products and services. Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service. Assess clients’ needs and recommend the right solutions. Achieve monthly and annual targets. Utilize your knowledge of Life Insurance & Living Benefits  What We’re Looking For: One or both of the following licenses - OTL, RIBO, LLQP  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening). Proactive problem-solving skills and dedication to customer service. Ability to multitask and make professional presentations to clients. Clean background check and credit report as required by Desjardins. Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary ($50,000–$75,000 depending on experience) + uncapped commissions and bonuses.
