This profile has deep technical expertise in Windows environments, including Windows 11, as well as advanced proficiency in system process diagnostic and analysis tools. This role includes the operational management and continuous optimization of Microsoft Teams video conferencing rooms and collaborative spaces, covering monitoring, preventive maintenance, application of updates, and rapid resolution of incidents, to ensure an optimal user experience and a high level of service. The specialist will also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers of audiovisual and collaborative equipment, and will actively participate in the evolution of collaboration and virtualization solutions.
