The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the post secondary campuses in the Kelowna, Vernon and Penticton. This position requires a high energy individual who has the capability to multitask and effectively lead and mentor a team of security professionals. The successful applicant must lead by example and set a high standard of service for both customers and client alike. his role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of security staff, ensuring compliance with site procedures, and supporting training, mentoring, and performance management across all assigned locations.Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hourDay to Day:Provide day-to-day supervision of campus security operations across multiple sitesConduct patrols as required and delegate access or service requests, completing them directly when neededAct as Incident Commander during significant incidents and respond to first aid and emergency situationsReview incident reports for accuracy and SOP compliance; provide coaching and escalate significant issues to the client as requiredTrain, mentor, and coach officers on site duties, protocols, reporting standards, and company policiesMaintain a visible, customer-focused presence and deliver high-quality service to the campus communitySupport investigations into incidents such as theft, harassment, or assault in coordination with security managementWork closely with internal managers on scheduling, staffing needs, recruitment, training, and performance managementParticipate in health and safety activities including audits, toolbox talks, and hazard assessmentsCollaborate with supervisors to audit first aid equipment, emergency systems, and security infrastructureParticipate in service review meetings and support continuous improvement initiativesWhat you will bring:Valid BC Security Worker LicenseValid Class 5 Driver's LicenseIntermediate OFA (OFA Level 2) with experience responding to first aid incidentsMinimum 2 years of security experience in a supervisor or Site Lead capacityDemonstrated experience supervising, coaching, and mentoring teamsStrong communication skills with a professional, empathetic leadership styleStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsIntermediate computer skillsFull-time availability with schedule flexibilityWho we are:At Securiguard we believe in living and acting by our values: R.E.A.C.H.Respect · Empathy · Accountability · Courtesy & · HonestyWe're in the business of making people feel safe.
