Operations Officer I

We are seeking five motivated and detail-oriented Credit Application Analysts to join our Credit Centre Adjudication team in Markham. This role provides critical operational support to the Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting functions, ensuring submission quality and document compliance for Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) products. This is a 1-year contract with a strong possibility for extension or permanent conversion. This position serves as a premier entry point for those looking to build a career in underwriting.Work Location: Primarily Onsite (4 days per week onsite) at Markham, ON.Start Date: February 16th.Schedule: Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday), with one Saturday shift required every 4–5 weeks.As a Credit Application Analyst, you will operate with a "Customer Centric" mindset to review, update, and analyze credit documentation for accuracy and adherence to all regulatory requirements. You will manage a variety of tasks associated with RESL products, utilizing multiple systems to ensure files are complete and ready for funding.
