Primary Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement. Monitor and evaluate transportation and distribution performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) Develop and maintain logistics reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management to review. Help identify trends or inefficiencies by using Excel or other analytical tools. Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs). Help track carrier performance, shipment schedules, and delivery accuracy. Learn and use logistics systems such as ERP and TMS. Assist with data entry, data validation, and basic system testing. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with operations, procurement, warehousing, and customer service teams to gather information and support logistics activities. Education/Background Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.  Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset. Collaboration, adaptability, and critical thinking skills.
