Job DescriptionAIM is currently looking for a Laborer for its Québec City site, from Monday to Saturday starting at 8:00 a.m. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the incumbent receives the different types of metals, performs an initial classification, and directs them to the appropriate locations.What you will be responsible for:Welcoming customers courteously while following our procedures and requirementsParticipating in the unloading of materialsSorting the different metals according to their characteristicsInspecting customers’ metalsIdentifying the correct type of metal for each product and validate its qualityWeighing metals on the scalePerforming data entry in the RECY softwareWorking with different types of machinery (Forklift)Preparing receiving/shipping ticketsEnsuring cleanliness of the premisesPerforming any other related tasksQualificationsTo join our team:You have one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar roleYou have knowledge of metal recycling (major asset)You have forklift experience (major asset) — training provided on-siteYou are bilingual (asset)You demonstrate safe professional behaviorYou are versatile and resourcefulYou enjoy teamworkYou manage your priorities wellYou offer excellent customer service
