We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Account Manager with a well-established brokerage in North York, ON. Responsibilities: Client Service & Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring a high level of service is always maintained. Account Management: Conduct renewal reviews, provide recommendations, offer comparison quotes, and remarket policies as needed to retain and grow the book of business. Sales & Cross-Selling: Keep an eye on total account awareness and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products to clients. Document Management: Process renewals, endorsements, claims, and change requests via EPIC and company portals efficiently and accurately. Desired Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in the VIP insurance space. R.I.B.O. license is required. Proficiency with EPIC brokerage system is a must. Strong knowledge of insurance carriers (e.g., Aviva Ovation, Intact Prestige, Northbridge Onyx, Chubb) and the private client insurance market. Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
