Key Responsibilities:Measure, remove, and install windows and doors according to specifications.Ensure proper sealing, insulation, leveling, and finishing.Inspect job sites for safety and material readiness.Follow installation guidelines and manufacturer standards.Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Maintain cleanliness of work areas and perform final site cleanup.Communicate professionally with customers and supervisors.Identify and report installation issues or material defects.Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 1 years experience in windows and doors installation (preferred).Strong knowledge of installation techniques and materials.Ability to read measurements and blueprints.Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.Basic understanding of construction safety practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Skills & Competencies:Attention to detail.Time management.Problem-solving skills.Customer service skills.Strong work ethic and reliability.Work Conditions:Outdoor and indoor job sites.Ability to work in varying weather conditions.Standing, bending, climbing, and lifting required.Compensation & Benefits:Fixed Competitive salary or Sub-Contract Option available.Requirement For Sub-Contractors:Own Tools and trailer.WCB Insurance.Liability Insurance.
