The base salary for this is position is $70,000 and includes a vehicles allowance. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s commission program, in accordance with applicable plans and policies. What do we expect from you? You will develop a strong understanding of our equipment lineup and become familiar with your customer’s needs, managing their expectations while holding true to our values. With this knowledge and experience you will develop skills for providing customer solutions. You’ll be successful with leveraging customer insights to identify business opportunities and strategies, and you are not afraid to prospect with cold call for new accounts on a regular basis. Ambassador. You’re going to represent our company, leading by example and personifying our corporate values. You will leave customers and suppliers with a positive impression and the desire to do business with us again. You are a self-starter and you are available to your customer when they need you. Vigilance. Report on customer satisfaction, trends and other useful information to parts and service supervisors. Develop rapport with customers and be the eyes and ears of the branch; take opportunities to make a difference. Tech savvy. You will be comfortable with learning new software, and you’ll also have the ability to communicate with technicians and customers regarding equipment. Diligence. We have adopted best practices when developing our systems and procedures and you’ll become a champion for consistently staying in the lines. This is a detail-oriented position and you have already developed personal systems for organizing your work, ensuring your follow-up, and you are a stickler for accuracy. What will you find here?
