To ensure that the highest level of service is provided at all times.Duties and Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities:Carry out standards and proceduresMonitor staff arrival & departureAssist servers during peek hoursSupervise D.R. setupResponsible for group billingAll opening and closing dutiesAbility to resolve guest and team member complaintsExtensive Food and Wine KnowledgeTo ensure all opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating ProceduresHaving a thorough knowledge of Lais Hotel Properties’ products and servicesTo ensure all equipment in the department is correctly used, maintained and properly stored and is always kept clean, that inventory preparation is carried out and ensuring department is running efficientlyTo be responsible for any monetary transactions during shiftAll other duties as assignedSecondary Responsibilities:Inspection of Dining RoomKnowledge of daily specialsMonitor stock on daily basesAssist with inventory controlProfessional Requirements:Hotel and Restaurant Manager CourseCommunication skills written and oralComputer and monitory skillsAble to recognize and respect customer and team member confidentialitySmart serve certificatePersonal Attributes:Exceptional high standard of hygieneProfessional attitude, flexible, dependable, team playerMust be honestPhysical Requirements:Prioritize demands of Team Members, other departments and supervisors to meet all objectivesBalance demands of Team members in terms of hours worked versus shift priority and gratuity distributionQuestions, quoting the job title and location, may be directed to Lais Hotel Properties Limited is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
