DESCRIPTION Sales and Merchandising Representative Immediately hiring for part-time Sales and Merchandising Representative. This position offers a flexible Monday – Friday schedule with lots of opportunities for career growth with our company. You’d be a great fit for this role if you are enthusiastic, great at problem-solving, highly organized, and work well independently. Our Mosaic SMART sales team is responsible for the execution of planogram displays, merchandising, sales reporting, and negotiating for shelf space in grocery stores within a defined territory. You’ll be working with brands you love like Campbells and Coca-Cola. RESPONSIBILITIES You’d be a great fit if you have: Sales experience Retail Channel experience in grocery & mass preferred Highly effective verbal communication skills Ability to develop rapport and credibility with store managers Effective presentation selling skills Proficient with technology Effective Knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel Experienced in territory management Must be willing to travel up to 60 km away Must have exclusive access to a vehicle Daily access to Internet and email to be able to complete administrative tasks including tracking, submitting call reports, and checking email regularly for new product info Must have a computer/laptop with home internet Must be able to lift up to 30lbs Must be able to store POS at home location. QUALIFICATIONS What your day-to-day looks like: Superior execution of core program fundamentals such as: Sales, negotiating & building display, POP material, distribution of innovation & planograms compliance, Negotiate Sales - selling in, call for orders, in-line orders and incremental retailer support for promotional programs Displays- negotiating and building display on every other visit to each store. Develop a positive working relationship with all key retail contacts Execute and deliver retail coverage as per plan for efficient and effective call frequency and length Resolve or escalate store level issues exhibiting a sense of urgency and professionalism.
