ordering, receiving, analysis, inventory counts and all other aspects of the program that contributes to meeting the monthly COGS budgetUses data and feedback to find operational efficiencies without compromising on quality experiences for our customers and stakeholdersHolds themselves and their team accountable for maintaining operational standards, in all situationsRevenue ManagementConsistently makes quality decision to help drive sales for Kitchen Hub and our Restaurant PartnersIs budget conscious and educates their team to be the sameKnows who our “ideal” customer is, and looks for every opportunity to generate more of those customers in our facilitiesLooks for opportunities to increase brand awareness in our neighbourhoodUses data to better understand the business and uses it to make effective decisionsFacilities ManagementMaintains a facility that meets all Health and Safety standards and complies with health code regulationsIs responsible for leading the Health and Safety Committee at their facilityUse and enforce the Facilities Ticket process in support of the Facilities ManagerReport all onsite accidents, immediately, to Human ResourcesActively manages and troubleshoots tech issues onsiteQualificationsA minimum of 2 years experience managing in a retail, hospitality or restaurant environmentHas experience managing a minimum of 8 direct reports in a retail, hospitality or restaurant environmentIs motivated and excited by a fast-paced work environment and uses this to drive results from their teamHas experience managing all, or part, of a P&L, an inventory process and COGSHas successfully managed a labour budgetUnderstands the importance of being an excellent communicator and demonstrates this ability in both verbal and written forms of communicationIs a master prioritizer with exceptional time management skillsDemonstrates strong interpersonal skills in all situationsHas demonstrated the ability to learn quickly and operate new technologiesHas experience with new store openings and product launches considered an assetProficient with Google WorkspaceFood Handler Certificate considered an assetHealth & Safety Certification considered an assetAbility to be mobile for up to 8 hrs and lift up to 30lbsKitchen Hub welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
