About the Role We are looking to add a new person to the team who can support our sales representatives administratively and flourish in inside sales. Never sold before? That’s okay  If you are someone who can easily talk to people, is hyper-detail oriented, and ready to learn some new computer systems, we are eager to receive your application.  Responsibilities Answer customer calls regarding new bookings, changes to existing bookings, or complaints. Support the sales team by accurately creating and maintaining orders and bookings in ServiceCore. Communicate with teams to ensure seamless event execution. Provide professional client support before, during and after events. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, or customer service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint. Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills. Collaborative mindset to partner with internal teams. Ability to work in a team setting with inside and outside sellers. General construction or event industry knowledge is a bonus. Excellent time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Education High School diploma.
