It’s an exciting time to join the team at Hydro One  Job Duties:This Business Analyst Co-Op - Winter role will provide project and sustainment support assistance for the team accountable for the contact center at Hydro One Networks. Work may include activities such as the following:            - Meeting coordination            - Collection and management of critical project artifacts            - Process documentation            - Meeting presentation deck support and meeting participationWhat will you learn?A thorough understanding of the many different facets of technology required to run and deliver technology changes for a transmission and distribution company in the Contact Center workspace.Selection Criteria- Education: 3rd or 4th year of study- Program / Area of Study:  Business Administration or Computer Science- Soft / Technical Skills:  Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), SharePoint familiarity Hydro One requires that all students applying for student opportunities be enrolled in post-secondary level studies and be returning to full-time studies upon the completion of their work term.
