Qualifications What you need to succeed - Qualified in Alberta as a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice or Red Seal /Journeyperson Appliance Service Technician - Customer Service Mindset - Strong Written/Verbal Communication Skills - Leadership abilities and a focus on team My Home Concierge appreciates the time of all those who apply. Responsibilities Responsibilities - Responding to service calls by dispatching help or troubleshooting and repairing appliances on site - Securing new warranty contracts - Leading the Appliance Repair Division as the company grows - Mentoring and overseeing an Appliance Technician Apprentice - Ordering parts for repair, when required - Completing Work Orders and other administrative paperwork in a timely fashion - Other duties as required Pay Rate $21-38 per hour Hours Per Week 40
