Senior RPA Developer

Job DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?The Senior RPA Developer is responsible for leading, supporting, and executing projects and initiatives to drive the transformation of HR. This role will support the Robotic Process Automation team through analysis, design, development, and support activities.This role will collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Business teams to capture requirements, streamline and automate processes. This role will also partner with Technology Teams on production support and maintenance of existing automated solutions.What will you do?Develop robust automation processes leveraging RPA (Blue Prism)Accountable for development of new or significant changes/enhancements to RPA processesSupport initiatives led by operational excellence managers, business managers or service partners, relating to streamlining processes, and providing data and analyticsResponsible for mentoring junior staff and providing support and assistance to members of the RPA teamConduct solution design walkthroughs and code reviews with the team and appropriate stakeholdersOwnership of specific changes to enhance RPA or as lead assigned to projects and initiativesWork closely with members of the development and QA teams to review requirements and implement solutionsCoordinate activities and document results related to quality assurance, end user acceptance testing, and post implementation verificationCoordinate with Production Support (onshore/offshore) to ensure bots deployed in Production are running as expectedPromote innovative or improved methods to get the work done and implement best practices across the RPA team.What do you need to succeed?Must Have;Proficiency with Blue Prism, SQL, Python3+ years previous work experience of Blue Prism1 to 2 years of previous work experience with Python1 to 2 years of API integration with Blue PrismGood Knowledge of SQL serverUndergraduate Degree in Computer Science, EngineeringExcellent Communication SkillsNice to have;Understanding of SAP and Service Now, WorkdayUnderstanding of Blue Prism Upgrade to version 7 or laterUnderstanding of programming languages such as C#, Vb.netBlue Prism Associate Developer Certification, Blue Prism Developer Certification, Blue Prism Certified Solution DesignerWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
