Assist with on-site equipment repairs, prioritize safety and quality, manage inventory, and enhance customer relations. Specific Responsibilities: Assist in repairing equipment at customer sites. Ensure compliance with safety practices and regulatory requirements. Support the Company's quality process, meeting customer requirements as per manufacturer’s specifications. Maintain and organize inventory, advising the supervisor on upcoming inventory requirements. Record all repairs, in-progress work, and completed work. Handle pick-up and delivery of repairs to customer facilities as needed. Prepare work orders for repair jobs, including repair time, and input this information into the system. Foster positive customer relations through interactions. Promote a safe working environment for all Our Clients associates. Strive for continuous improvement and provide process-enhancement suggestions. Generate branch reports and information for management. Obtain required manufacturing certificates. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Specific Requirements: High School Diploma preferred. Basic understanding of hand tools. Ongoing training on equipment to be repaired and serviced. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and pay close visual attention.
