Spirit Omega is seeking an Store Manager in Anahim Lake, BCThis is a somewhat remote location, accommodations will be provided and part of the compensation, to successful candidate.This position is ideally seeking candidates who identify as First Nations, Inuit or Metis. Our client has a Gas Station, Grocery Store, Chester's Fried Chicken, and a Little restaurant, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to take the lead in overseeing daily operations and driving a culture of excellence at our locally owned service hub.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of gas station and convenience store operationsLead, supervise, and support the Assistant Manager and retail staffManage inventory, ordering, and vendor relations efficientlyEnsure accurate financial reporting, cash handling, and banking proceduresMonitor safety standards, equipment maintenance, and cleanlinessHire and train new employees while fostering a strong, motivated teamCoordinate schedules and resolve staffing challengesUphold company policies and maintain exceptional customer service standardsQualifications:Proven experience in retail, fuel station, or hospitality managementStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and decision-making abilitiesProficiency with POS systems, spreadsheets, and office softwareAbility to work flexible hours, including weekendsReliable, goal-oriented, and passionate about serving the local communityBenefits:Competitive salary or wage based on experienceOpportunities for advancement within organizationA welcoming workplace that values teamwork and local engagementPaid accommodations as part of the indirect compensation.Relocation assistance.If you're a hands-on leader ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with a respected community business, we’d love to connect with you.
