Description The Customer Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for working with customers on a day to day basis and handling inquiries received from customers to ensure that products and services are delivered in a timely manner.BenefitsCompetitive salary - $52,000 - $60,000 based on experience and qualifications.Health Insurance (includes Virtual Health, and HCSA), Dental Insurance, Vision InsuranceLife Insurance, Long-term Disability, Short-term DisabilityRRSP MatchPaid VacationEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Engagement EventsAwards and RecognitionService AwardsEmployee Perks & DiscountsKey Responsibilities:Work closely with customers to handle day-to-day inquiries.Collaborate with sales, logistics, plants and production planners to manage and fulfill ordersOrder management including monitoring, tracking and updating of shipping dates using multiple excel spreadsheets including a comprehensive dashboard for daily actions.Order management including monitoring and updating of shipping dates and communicating updates/changes to internal and external customers.Responding to customer inquiries by phone and emailDevelop strong customer relationships and addressing any concerns where possible and highlighting potential issues and solutionsCollaborating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of ordersPreparing customer related reports and analyzing customer trendsMay require some travel within North AmericaUtilize multiple systems for order entry and to verify customer orders for accuracy, load weight, pallet count, special considerations, etc.Our Ideal Candidate :Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset and is preferred for this roleAbility to work in a fast paced environment.Strong customer focus relationship-building ship building skills.High level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy of order entry and reportsStrong communication skills (written and verbal).
