For assistance on how to apply, please click Job Description:Position SummaryThis position is responsible for performing operations activities in all areas of grain operations such as receiving, inspection, and storage.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform inspection and receiving activities such as probing trucks, weighing trucks, and gathering product samplesMonitor grain handling and receiving equipment and processes; identify potential issues and take appropriate action such as resolving minor issues, performing minor maintenance, or escalating issue for resolution as necessaryAssist with loading grains on rail cars, trucks, vessels (where applicable)Operate various types of mobile equipmentPerform general housekeeping activities such as bin clean outWhat is expected of you and others at this levelHas developed skills through formal training or considerable work experienceWorks within established proceduresCompletes work with a moderate degree of supervisionEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred1-2 years’ relevant experience requiredAbility to operate mobile equipment and/or a valid driver’s license preferredPhysical Requirements and Working EnvironmentMust be able to stand for an extended period of timeAbility to frequently lift/push/pull up to 75 poundsMust be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 180 feetWorks indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperaturesWorking conditions could include dust, fumes, moderate noise and uneven surfacesNote: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed, but are not to be seen as a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
