Global Head of Vendor Risk and Governance

We’re seeking a visionary leader to drive strategy, innovation, and operational excellence across our procurement related Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function. In this high-impact role, you’ll report to the Head of Procurement and lead a global team of ~50 professionals, influencing how we manage “first line” risk and governance across 20,000+ contracts and 10,000+ vendors.You’ll be at the forefront of regulatory compliance, technology adoption, and process transformation, ensuring we meet OSFI B-10 standards while leveraging AI and advanced analytics to optimize workflows.
