From our great brands to our great culture; come for one experience, you’ll stay for 10 ResponsibilitiesWhat can you expect?You’ll be based out of one of our world class manufacturing facilities or distribution centers in Western Canada (Lethbridge, AB, Taber, AB). Your role will be to lead a team of frontline employees within Production, Maintenance, Traffic or Warehouse, including motivating the team, problem solving issues, and removing barriers to help maximize results every day.We will task you with real business projects requiring you to influence team members to find and implement long lasting solutions. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Gain exposure to frontline leadership experiences, including backfilling team supervisors throughout your co-op term.Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and participating in and driving problem solving within your department.Collaborate with other managers and team members to develop action plans to improve short-term and long-term business performance objectives.Develop innovative technical solutions for continuous improvement projects within your department QualificationsOur co-op positions may be required to work rotational and/or non-traditional shift schedules.Must be enrolled in Post-Secondary schooling in Engineering, Business or a related field.
