(par exemple, les coordonnées des clients, les informations sur l'entreprise, les rapports de visite, la gestion des opportunités, etc.) conformément aux attentes minimales d'utilisation.* Produire et développer des rapports mensuels d'informations commerciales pour soutenir les contrôles du département et les améliorations des performances conformément aux normes de l'entreprise et aux exigences en matière de rapports.* Collaborer régulièrement avec les autres membres de l'équipe, du département et de l'entreprise afin d'assurer un flux d'informations rapide et réciproque et de contribuer à un travail d'équipe efficace.* Travailler à tous les niveaux avec les clients existants et potentiels afin de comprendre leurs activités et d'identifier leurs plans d'affaires futurs, en veillant à ce que Bosch Rexroth soit le meilleur partenaire possible pour répondre à leurs besoins futurs.* Autres tâches en fonction des besoinsAs the Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for successfully promoting and value selling of Bosch Rexroth Industrial Hydraulic solutions, products and services into a defined territory. Duties and responsibilities include;* Utilizing value-selling techniques to understand our customers' businesses and offer solutions that both enhance and improve our customers' offering, ensuring Bosch Rexroth is a preferred business partner.* Effectively selling company products and services through planned and regular customer contact and field visits.* Proposing technical system solutions to customers as required.* Negotiating contracts and reviewing commercial terms and conditions in line with agreed discount and margin rules.* Preparing detailed quotations and specifications ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled* Ensuring timely documenting of relevant data by organizing and maintaining customer interaction within the companies CRM system, ROBIN. (e.g. customer contact details, company information, visit reporting, opportunity management etc.) in line with minimum expectations of use.* Producing and developing business information monthly reports to support department controls and performance improvements in line with company standards and reporting requirements* Collaboratingregularly with other members of the team, department and business to ensure rapid two-way flow of information and contribution to effective teamwork.* Working at all levels with existing and prospective customers to understand their business and identify their future business plans, ensuring Bosch Rexroth is the best possible partner to support their future needs.* Other duties as assigned*Qualifications**Formation** Ingénieur/Technologue en mécanique (ou équivalent).* Un diplôme en commerce est un atout, mais n'est pas nécessaire.*Expérience/compétences** Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis.* Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en vente/marketing dans la promotion de produits connexes auprès de comptes industriels* Solides connaissances techniques et aptitudes ; forte compréhension de l'industriede l'hydraulique* Forte compréhension de la vente à valeur ajoutée* Solides compétences en matière de communication et d'écoute ; empathie à l'égard des besoins d'autrui ; compétences organisationnelles, y compris en matière de gestion de projets.* Compétences informatiques suffisantes pour organiser les données et préparer les présentations.* Professionnel de la vente certifié (ou équivalent)* Compréhension financière des états et des indicateurs clés de performance et lien avec l'impact opérationnel (matrice à déterminer)* Sens élevé de l'urgence et de l'orientation client* Capacité à créer une vision et à fixer des objectifs* Autonomie et dynamisme* Esprit d'équipe, capacité à motiver les autres*Education** Mechanical Engineer/Technologist (or equivalent).* Business degree is an asset, but not required*Experience/skills** Bilingual (French & English) is required* 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in promoting related products to industrial accounts* Strong technical background and aptitude; strong understanding of thehydraulics industry* Strong understanding of value-added selling* Strong, effective communication and listening skills; Empathic to the needs of others; organizational skills including project management* Sufficient computer skills to organize data and prepare presentations* Certified Sales Professional (or equivalent)* Financial understanding of statements and KPIs and link to operational impact (matrix to be determined)* High sense of urgency and customer focus* Effective at creating vision and goal setting* Self-starter and driver* Team player, able to motivate others*Additional Information*Par choix, nous nous engageons envers une main-d'œuvre diversifiée et sommes un employeur garantissant l'égalité des chances.
