Requirements Gathering and Analysis:- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits and Operational stakeholders to identify and define business requirements for our Ceridian Dayforce HRIS and Payroll system.- Conduct detailed analysis of existing processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases, ensuring clear communication between business users and the development team.2. System Implementation and Integration:- Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to design and implement system enhancements, customizations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.- Participate in system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure it aligns with business requirements.- Provide support during system deployment and post-implementation phases to ensure a smooth transition and user adoption.3. Data Management and Reporting:- Analyze HR and Payroll data to generate valuable insights and identify trends, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR and Payroll reporting needs and regulatory compliance.4.
