This opportunity is Onsite at our Edmonton office location. #LI-Onsite The Role Wood is seeking an Instrumentation & Controls EIT in Edmonton to join our busy and growing Projects Canada team due to growth in our business within BioProducts and Oil and Gas. The role of the I&C EIT will be to work on small and large projects with a senior engineer. Our Clients and Projects Designing the future. Transforming the world. Our projects team has a long history of delivering some of the biggest and most complex projects in the Canadian oilsands, along with associated pipelines and refinery infrastructure. Expected: Instrumentation Technologist or Bachelors in Science degree in Engineering from an accredited University or College. Willingness to learn and grow within Instrumentation and Control systems Minimum of 1 + yrs. Industry experience Good understanding of CSA Existing experience in the BioProducts or Oil and Gas sector is preferred Ability to problem-solve Strong verbal and written communication skills Desireable: Experience in the use of AVEVA Instrumentation or Smart Plant Instrumentation is an asset. Registration through EGBC or APEGA as an EIT is an asset undefined
