Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Laval, QC from Tuesday to Saturday at 8:30am to 5:30pm. You will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service. What you’re responsible for: Safely operating a tow truck (flatbed)Transporting customer vehicles to the branchMaintain accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructionsConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operationPerforming general labour tasks that may including depollution, tire dismounting, etc.Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activitiesProvide our customers with excellent customer service QualificationsTo join our team: Must speak frenchValid Class 5 driver's license in good standing;Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Additional Information3-2-2-3 Schedule Kenny U-Pull is a subsidiary of American Iron & Metal (AIM) Inc., a recognized global leader in the metal recycling industry with over 125 locations, 4,000 employees worldwide, and over $3.5 billion in annual sales.
