The role is fully remote, and applicants from across Canada are encouraged to apply, as they may also be considered for this opportunity on a remote basis.Start Date: November 24, 2024Advantages- $44,000 - $50,500 Annual Salary- Full time, Permanent position- Hybrid Workstyle ( 4 days at home and 1 day in office located in Montreal)- Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship- 3 weeks of Paid Vacation & 3 Paid Personal days- Monday - Friday scheduling - Weekends off - Pension plan- Able to participate in the Share Ownership Program- Bonus plan- Education reimbursement program $2,000 (annually)- Career advancement options Responsibilities-Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.- Must be available to work between the hours of 8am-8pm ESTQualifications- Strong English communication skills - Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening- Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time.
