What you’ll do: Achieve budgeted sales targets by collaborating with Local Co-op Senior Managers to identify opportunities and implement strategic sales action plans.Improve controllable contribution through operational reviews and coaching Team Leaders on effective execution and follow-up.Provide leadership for renovations, expansions, and new store setups, including merchandising, marketing, and grand opening coordination.Support Local Co-ops in maintaining image and merchandising standards to enhance customer experience and drive sales.Partner with HR to identify future leaders, coordinate training programs, and assist in long-term succession planning.Who you’ll work with:You will work closely with other Operations Advisors, Operations Managers, Home Office, Customer Service Teams, local Co-op Produce Managers, Store Managers, Division Managers and will report into the Operations Manager, Food. This team strives to cultivate a culture of positivity, collaboration, motivation, and trust.Why it matters:We help feed Western Canada by providing fresh groceries and wholesale solutions to independent retail stores, restaurants and other food establishments in communities large and small.Who you are:You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:Have 6-9 years of progressively responsible experience in retail management.
