What you'll need Qualifications Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (MBA or similar graduate degree is an asset).Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including enterprise architecture and large-scale delivery.Proven success in architecting and delivering scalable, secure, and resilient platforms that support both customer-facing and internal business systems.Experience managing complex, multi-vendor technology portfolios and driving agile transformation.Must be 19 years of age or older and reside in Atlantic Canada.Professional SkillsStrategic thinker with the ability to translate enterprise goals into actionable roadmaps.Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative, visible management style that builds trust and accountability.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level.Ability to foster innovation, continuous improvement, and change resilience across teams.AssetsCertifications such as PMP, Agile (SAFe, PMI-ACP), TOGAF, and Prosci.AL BenefitsExtended health coverage that includes medical, dental, and vision.Basic life insurance and disability.Defined Benefit Pension Plan.Four weeks of vacation annually (pro-rated) plus one week of management leave (pro-rated).
